Order Cancellation

At Xmatch, we are happy to process order cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your order is canceled, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To avoid any inconvenience, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Returns (If Applicable)

We offer a convenient 30-day return policy. Within 30 days after delivery, you may submit a return request by contacting our customer service team via email xmatch.service@xmatch.shopping.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and with the original packaging. Our customer service team will provide a return address for you to send the item back.

Please note that customized orders or items are not eligible for the 30-day return policy.

If you receive a damaged package, please retain the original packaging and take photos of both the package and the damaged product. Contact us at xmatch.service@xmatch.shopping or call 1-(626) 249-4044 within one week to report the issue. Our team will work to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Return Fees

Xmatch has a clear and fair return policy for all customers. If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged product or quality issue, Xmatch will bear the shipping expenses. If it is not seller's fault for the return, there is restocking fees if not the original goods returned.

For oversized item, it is always shipped via LTL shipment. It might be difficult for you to fina and choose a suitable logistics company after we agree to return the goods. In this case, you can contact us and place a shipping order for LTL return label (BOL) and pallet label for you, with a flat return fee based on the distance between your address to our Return Warehouse.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned package, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your account, typically within 24-48 hours for PayPal or 7-10 business days for credit card transactions (subject to your credit card company or bank's processing time).

In the case of a rejected refund, we will provide a reason for the rejection and offer either a revised refund amount or alternative solution. If you disagree with the rejection, please provide additional information for us to review the matter further.

Note

Once your refund has been approved, kindly allow for the necessary processing time for the funds to be returned to your account. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team at xmatch.service@xmatch.shopping for assistance.

In the event that we have processed and submitted your refund, the responsibility for the further processing lies with third-party providers such as PayPal, banks, or credit card companies. Should you require additional support, we would be happy to provide you with a refund voucher to present to them.

Apply for A Return and LTL Return Cost

Please send us your return request to our Email xmatch.service@xmatch.shopping officially, and we will arrange the most suitable return address after we agree to return the goods. Buyer may have better logistics resource but If you need to get shipping label from Xmatch and the shipping cost is on buyer's side, we will provide cost for you. The shipping cost will be deducted from your order payment refund.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Xmatch products are manufactured with the highest quality standard and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The product warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product. After we get your post-sale service request , Our expertise may guide user to diagnose product malfunctions and its root cause, then make a decision to send replacement of part or not. Typically the warranty for key parts are as below:

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Xmatch invalidating this warranty. Warranty is not transferable.

Xmatch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from (i) the use or inability to use Xmatch products, (ii) loss of product functionality, or (iii) costs associated with product removal or modification (including but not limited to removal of permanent structures or essential components). This exclusion applies to all claims for damages including lost profits, business interruption, or property damage.

  2. Any implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for particular purpose) shall be strictly limited to the duration of the express warranty provided with the product.
  3. Under no circumstances shall Xmatch, its affiliates, or representatives be liable for personal injury or physical property damage resulting from product use, whether through negligence
  4. Product specifications may be modified at Xmatch's sole discretion without prior notice. Such changes shall not create any update obligation for previously sold products.

Scooter Battery Care Guidance
(A). Charging Precautions
Proper charging and maintenance are critical to maximize their lifespan (typically 2-3 years). Below are key precautions and care tips based on SLA battery characteristics.
1) Always use the charger provided or an equivelant one to charge your scooter.
2) Disconnect promptly after full charge (float charging ≤2 hours after green light indication).
3) Avoid overcharging or deep discharging, try recharge your battery when its cabacity drops  up to or above 30%. Over discharge will result in permanent damage to the scooter battery.
4) Optimize Charging Environment and Duration
Charge at 15°C–35°C. In high temperatures (>40°C), reduce charging time and avoid direct sunlight. In cold conditions (<0°C), extend float charging by 1–2 hours to compensate for reduced efficiency.
Ideal charging duration: 6–8 hours. Charge when remaining capacity is 60–70% for optimal cycle life.
5) Fully charge before long-term storage. Recharge monthly to maintain 50–70% capacity and prevent sulfation.
(B). Usage and Routine Maintenance
1). Minimize High-Current Drain
Avoid sudden acceleration, uphill climbs, or heavy loads without pedal assistance to reduce stress on electrode plates.
Recharge promptly after short trips to prevent plate softening.
2). Cleanliness and Ventilation
Clean battery terminals and casing regularly. Remove terminal oxides with a fine-grit sandpaper to ensure conductivity.
Keep vent caps or valves unobstructed to prevent gas buildup (e.g., hydrogen explosion risks).
3). Electrolyte Management
Monitor voltage and internal resistance periodically. Replace if capacity drops below 80%.
4). Temperature Control
Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures >45°C (e.g., parking under direct sunlight) or <-10°C. Warm batteries to ~20°C before charging in cold weather.
5). Connection Safety
Ensure terminals are tightly secured to prevent arcing or overheating. Apply anti-corrosion grease to terminals.Use insulated tools during installation to avoid short circuits.

-For inactive motorcycles, discharge and recharge the battery every 2–3 months to mitigate sulfation.
